Congratulations to Iniubong Akpan for being chosen Student of the Month for March!

Starting Thursday February 6th through Wednesday February 14th, we will be celebrating Valentine’s Day by wearing “Hearts”. Students with the most hearts will win a prize of their choice. Also, there will be a jar of hearts on the desk in the office. Please go on our Facebook page and take a lucky guess. Winner will receive a special prize.

Our annual recital will be held at the Holt Center, at Holy Ghost Prep on Sunday, June 9th at 2:00 PM. If any student has a conflict with graduation or any other reason or cannot attend the performance, please let Ginny know. We are asking for moms to volunteer to help backstage. We need two or three for each class depending on the size of the class.

Lisa Varley Photography will be at the studio on Sunday April 7th. We are thrilled to have her back again this year. Information and samples are available at the desk.

In case of inclement weather please be sure to call the studio at (215) 801-9971 after 2:00. You can also check on Facebook. If Bensalem Schools are closed because of weather conditions, we will be closed as well.

Congratulations to Salome DeLeon Obando for being chosen Student of the Month for January!

Our Christmas Showcase was a huge success! It was so much fun for everyone. Thank you to Maryann Miss Angeleen, Miss Jen and Miss Breana for organizing and making up the routines so much fun!

Our annual recital will be held at the Holt Center, at Holy Ghost Prep on Saturday June 8th and Sunday June 9th. If any student has a conflict with graduation or any other reason or cannot attend both performances, please let Ginny Know.

Competition fees for Throwdown Dance Challenge is due on January 15th.

In case of inclement weather, you can check on Facebook or call the studio at (215) 638-2191 after 2:00. If Bensalem Schools are closed because of weather conditions, we will be closed as well.

The competition teams will have their annual pep rally this year. We will do the arts and crafts dance page so please get your pictures ready. Pizza and snacks will be served. I would love for the students to do their routines for each other as well. It will be held on February 10th, from 5:00-7:00 PM.

Parents do not forget that if you refer a student to the studio, you will receive a $20.00 referral credit on your child’s account. Please make sure your name is on the enrollment form.

Please do not park across the street when dropping off or picking up your child. Your consideration in the matter is greatly appreciated. Please be aware parking for the studio is limited to the studio side of the street. Please park from top to bottom of the lot, do not leave space in between. All students will not be released unless a parent comes up to the door or is in the parking lot.

Our tentative dates for our recital this year are Saturday and Sunday June 8th and 9th, at the Holt Center, at Holy Ghost. They have saved those dates for us. Hopefully, they will not be pushed back. There will be a matinee and an evening performance.

Our Holiday Extravaganza will be held during the last class before Christmas, in the studio. The children are learning a holiday routine to perform for their family. Students are permitted to bring 3 people to observe this last class before Christmas. They should wear their bodysuit and tights, as well as holiday sweaters, t-shirts, Santa hats, antlers, and jingle bells, to make the class fun.

Congratulations to Eliana Velazquez for being chosen Student of the month for October.

We will be doing Halloween Parties a little differently this year. Students will come dressed in their costumes the last class before Halloween. All students should wear sneakers or jazz shoes with rubber soles. The studio will be asking the parents to donate individually wrapped candy. All the students will receive a goodie bag. Competition team classes will have their party during their Ballet class only. All other classes will be regular classes.

We are working on costumes for this coming recital. Costumes that need to be ordered will need to be paid in full by November 1st. Costumes ordered after that time will be charged separate handling and shipping fees. Please contact me if there are any concerns about costumes. Monday combo class costumes are 65.00. Wednesday combo costume is 70.00 All other costumes are 75.00. Competition team costumes may be slightly higher.

The Holiday Showcase Performance will be held during the last class before Christmas. Students are permitted to wear red and/or green accessories, antlers, Santa hats, jingle bells, ugly Christmas sweaters to make it festive. Each student can bring three people to the class to observe.

A copy of your statement will be emailed to you with a copy of the current monthly newsletter during the last week of the month. The amount on the statement will be the amount that will be charged to your card on file. If you have any questions about it, please contact me.

Our recital this year will be at Holy Ghost Prep in the Holt building. Dates TBA, June 2024. We are planning on a Matinee and Evening Performance. These recitals will be shorter in length.

Congratulations to Alexis Bigle for being chosen Student of the Month for September.

Welcome to all our new families who will be joining our studio this year. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Welcome back to all our students who took the summer off and are returning.

Parents do not forget that if you refer a student to the studio you will receive a $20.00 referral credit on your child’s account.

Please do not park across the street when dropping off or picking up your child. Your consideration in the matter is greatly appreciated. Please be aware parking for the studio is limited to the studio side of the street. Please park from top to bottom of the lot, do not leave space between. All students will not be released outside if there is not a parent in the parking lot.

Your September bill will reflect a $20.00 enrollment fee, $25.00 recital fee (T-shirt and trophy) and your full costume fee. Combo costumes are $65.00. All other classes, solos, and duos are 75.00. The costume fees will be billed in thirds in September, October, and November. Enrollment and recital fees will be added to your September bill.

Students will be sent home immediately if they are not feeling well. Please do not send your child to dance if they are sick or do not feel well. If a child needs to go home, we expect the parents to pick the child up immediately. The studio will be lenient with all absences.

We will be doing our Christmas Celebration differently this year. The Christmas performance will be at the studio this year in your child’s class. The children will be learning a Christmas routine. The parents will be invited to come during our special classes before Christmas. The children are excited about this fun performance of holiday music. No costumes are necessary but accessories will be fun and colorful.

Congratulations to Alexis Brague for being chosen Student of the Month.

Congratulations to all our students who performed in the annual recital. Your performances were outstanding and very entertaining. Miss Angeleen, Miss Ginny R., Miss Jen, Miss Breana, Miss Kayla and Miss Abby and I loved to see you out there on the stage shining and were very proud of all your hard work and dedication!

Please remember that the waiting room is open, and all the pertinent information is posted on the bulletin board as well as e-mailed to you. Please call, test, or e-mail me with any questions that you may have regarding your student. Please check your e-mails and come into the studio to check the bulletin board. We will be using the door by the garden to enter and exit. We thank you in advance for your continuous cooperation.

Summer classes will run through August 31st. The studio will be closed from September 1st to the 8th and will reopen for the Fall Schedule on Saturday September 9th. Please advise your teacher of any upcoming vacations where students will be missing lessons.

Attention to all the students who did not join us this summer. It is time to get back into those tap and ballet shoes. We all now taking enrollment for Fall lessons. Please call the studio at 215-801-9971 or 215-638-2191. The best time to call is Monday to Thursday between 5:00-9:00. You could also leave a message on voice mail and someone will be sure to get back to you. Solo’s, duo’s, and trios scheduling time and teacher availability is limited so be sure to call soon. We hope to see your smiling faces.

This year we are bringing back a musical theater class. It will consist of various levels. Before Covid we had two great productions, Newies and Grease. The students loved it. It your child is interested please let us know. It will be held on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00. The various levels will be held on alternating weeks until the choreography is complete. There will be full practice needed at the end of the year. To register for this class, a student must be enrolled in a full hour class as well. Anu genre. The cost will be $20.00 monthly. It will also require a costume.

Please be sure to park on the studio side of the street when dropping and picking up you child. Start from the top of the parking lot. Do not leave spaces in between. That will allow for maximum parking. Do not park across the street. Thank you in advance.

Your September bill will reflect enrollment fee, recital fee, and total costume fee. All bills, newsletters, and information will be emailed to the address on file. All bills will be charged to your credit card on the first of the month. Costume payments will start on your card in September, October, and November. All combo class costumes will be $65.00. (Installments of 25.00, 20.00, 20.00) All other costumes will be $75.00 (installments of 25.00, 25.00, 25.00) Competition Team costumes will be billed accordingly.

Congratulations to Logan Neilson and Brooklin Sommerer for being chosen Students of the Month for May and June.

Do not forget to email or text in your ticket order form starting Saturday May 13th to (215) 801-9971 or email at gdanz4u@aol.com . Each family will be given 3 tickets for each recital your child will be performing in. If you do not need the three, please let me know as they will be sold to families on the waiting list. Order forms must be received no later than Saturday May 20th to reserve your tickets. The cost of the tickets this year is $16.00 per ticket. Please remember that your child will need one as well if they are sitting with you in the auditorium. (Combo classes only). Your tickets will be billed to your card on file. Parents are permitted to go backstage to change your child if they are in more than one number, then return to the auditorium.

The studio created posters of the students which are displayed at the recital both days. If you have any pictures you would like to donate, they would be greatly appreciated.

You will receive an email shortly with what accessories your child will need for the recital. Dress rehearsal will be on their last class at the studio prior to the recital. This includes hair, makeup, correct stockings, shoes, and costumes. Costumes should look crisp and clean. All students in ballet should have their hair in a bun. Tap, Jazz, and Hip-Hop students should have ponytails. If a student misses their last lesson they must dance in the costumes prior to the recital. All pieces of each costume must be labels with the student’s name on it.

This year t-shirts will be given out at your child’s last class at the studio. Trophies will be given out at their last performance.

This month’s bill reflects May and June’s classes up to the recital.

Summer classes start on June 26th. If you have not signed up yet, please do so as soon as possible. For those taking the summer off, Fall classes will start on Saturday September 9th. We are now taking sign-ups for fall also. Summer is a great time to work on improving and learning new skills or to try a new style of dance.

There are still openings available for our summer dance camps. Pirates and Princess Camp June 19 to June 23rd, Dance with the Dinosaurs June 26th- June 30th, and Christmas in July 17-21st.

Recognition:

Congratulations to Sophia Hennessey for being chosen Student of the Month for April.

Congratulations to all our students who competed at the True Dance Challenge Competition. We are so proud of all of your hard work, and determination throughout the year! A special thanks to Miss Angeleen and Miss Ginny Rillera for their fantastic choreography and dedication to the team!

Important Recital Information:

Volunteers needed: We are looking for parent volunteers to assist with various tasks at the recital. These include backstage moms, set-up and clean-up moms and dads, and theater door attendants. If you are interested, please see Ginny or Maryann and they can provide more details. We appreciate your help!

All children are performing in both performances this year with the exception of the Mommy and Me and Tuesday and Wednesday Combo Classes. All children will be in the opening number Dancing Thru the Decades. All students are also asked to come dressed in their first costume with hair and makeup already done. Children who need costume changes and are not able to change by themselves will be permitted to have a parent/caregiver help them change but not remain backstage. Only women will be permitted in the dressing room. If a male parent or guardian will be assisting a child, please see Ginny or Maryann for alternate arrangements.

Please be advised that your child’s dress rehearsal is their last class before the recital. We will email and post to the bulletin board a list of the color tights and shoes for the recital. For dress rehearsal, please bring your child dressed in her/his costume just as if it were the recital. All accessories are worn on the right side. Hair and headpieces should be secured so that they do not fall out during their routine. Preparation will help every child to feel special and confident on recital night. If you have any questions, please contact me.

As of the current date, each family can purchase up to 3 tickets for each recital that their child is dancing in (most children will be in both recitals and receive 3 tickets for each). Please let me know if you will not be using yours so that I might offer them to the families that would like more. Programs are hanging up in the studio. Please come in and check the numbers your child is in as well as correct any spelling or name preferences. Tickets will go on sale in May. We will be starting a list for families that request extra tickets. Please see Ginny Lee or Maryann.

Summer Camp and Class Registration:

It’s time to start thinking about Summer! We are having three weeks of summer camp this year. Our themes are Pirates and Princess Dance Camp (June 19-23), Dance with the Dinosaurs (June 26-30), and Christmas in July Dance Camp (July 17-21). Camps are geared to both girls and boys ages 3 to 10 years old. A full camp day runs from 9am-4pm. Half day options are available. The cost of full day camp is $350.00 for one week, $275.00 for two weeks and $200.00 for three weeks per child. Half days are $150.00 per week from 9:00am-12:00pm or 1:00pm-4:00pm. A $50 nonrefundable deposit will be required for registration to hold the spot. All three camps run Monday thru Friday.

We are currently working on our Summer Schedule. Please let Ginny or Angeleen know what classes (including any solos or duos) you will be taking.

Congratulations to all the students who participated in the King & Queen of Hearts Contest! 1st Place Winner- *Reese A., Runner-up Winners: *Peyton H., *Kaitlyn K., *Molly Kate S., *Amelia R., *Aura H., *Quinn C. The Winner of the Jar of Hearts- *Erin Mc. The jar contained 1954 M&M’s, and her guess was exact! Stay tuned for the Jellybean jar contest!!!

Our annual recital will be held at the Holt Center, at Holy Ghost Prep on Sunday, June 11th. There will be a 2:00 PM Matinee and a 6:00 PM Evening Performance. Picture Day - We are happy to be able to offer dance pictures at the studio this year. Picture Day will be on Sunday, March 26th. There is a schedule on the bulletin board with assigned times according to your child’s class. Both individual pictures and a group picture will be taken for those children who are interested. All fees are paid directly to Lisa Varley Photography on the day of the photo shoot. Please see form for packages and pricing. One form will be needed for each costume. Congratulations to Brittney Ferrick for being chosen Student of the Month for February!

Starting the week of February 6th, we will be celebrating Valentine’s Day by wearing “Hearts”. Students with the most hearts will win a prize of their choice. Also, there will be a jar of hearts on the desk in the office. Please go on our Facebook page and take a lucky guess. Winner will receive a special prize.

Our annual recital will be held at the Holt Center, at Holy Ghost Prep on Saturday, June 11th. There will be a 2:00 PM Matinee and a 6:00 PM Evening Performance. If any student has a conflict with graduation or any other reason or cannot attend both performances, please let Ginny know. We are asking for moms to volunteer to help backstage. We need two or three for each class depending on the size of the class.

This year, all classes, except for the combo and Mommy and Me classes, will be performing in both performances. All solos will perform only once. As pre covid, we are planning on a fantastic production “Dancing Thru the Decades”. Every class will be included in this production. More information will follow including Production Practice dates. There is no charge for the production practices.

Congratulations to Emma Trejos for being chosen Student of the Month for January!

Congratulations to all the students who performed in the Amazing Christmas Village Performance. Your hard work really paid off and the dances looked great! I am so proud that our students can adjust to any situation and still perform with grace and energy. You really spread the Spirit of Christmas and the Holidays. So proud of all of you!!!

Our Christmas Extravaganza “Time to Shine” was a huge success! It was so much fun for everyone. Thank you to Maryann for organizing and making up the baskets and lottery tree. The proceeds benefit our Competition Teams.

Congratulations to Taylor Epp for being chosen Student of the Month for December!

Good luck to all the students performing in the Amazing Christmas Village Performance. They have been working hard on their dances. I am so proud that our students give back to the community with their time and talents. They really spread the Spirit of Christmas and the Holidays. So proud of all of you!!! See times below.

Our Holiday Extravaganza will be held on Sunday December 11th at the Holt Center, At Holy Ghost. The students will be performing holiday routines, choreographed especially for this show. Tickets are 10.00 each. Currently we can offer each student 3 tickets. This does not include the student. All students will remain in the gym during the performance. We are asking for one mother from each class to help backstage. Please see if me are willing to help. Please check with us if you might need extras.

In lieu of Christmas gifts for teachers this year, we are asking donations for a studio family that is in need. This can be in the way of gift cards to food stores, pharmacies, gas, or cash.

Parent’s do not forget that if you refer a student to the studio, you will receive a $20.00 referral credit on your child’s account. Please make sure your name is on the enrollment form.

Please do not park across the street when dropping off or picking up your child. Your consideration in the matter is greatly appreciated. Please be aware parking for the studio is limited to the studio side of the street. Please park from top to bottom of the lot, do not leave space in between. All students will not be released unless a parent comes up to the door or is in the parking lot.

Our tentative dates for our recital this year are Sunday June 11th, at the Holt Center, at Holy Ghost. They have saved those dates for us. Hopefully, they will not be pushed back. There will be a matinee and an evening performance.

Our Holiday Extravaganza will be held on Saturday December 11th at the Holt Center, Holy Ghost Prep. The students will be performing holiday routines that were choreographed especially for this show. Tickets are $10.00 each. We can offer each student 3 tickets. However, please see the front desk if more tickets are needed. This does not include the student. This year all students will remain backstage in the gym. We are asking for moms to volunteer to help backstage with your child’s class. See Ginny or Maryann for more information.

This year some of the classes are participating in the Amazing Christmas Village Celebration again this year. The show time is Sunday Dec. 18th 2:00 PM, Since it is outside, it is a perfect time to bring family. (You needed to sign up for this show. See Ginny if you have any questions.)

We are planning on having Nutcracker Ballerina Dance Camps during Christmas week. They will be held in the morning from 9:00-11:30AM. The children will learn the story and dance to the music from the Nutcracker Suite, as well as their other favorites from their classes. Arts and Crafts, games and a snack will also be included. Each camp will be different so feel free to sign up for more than one. Ages 3-8. Cost will be 40.00 for one day, 70.00 for two or more. See Ginny for information.

Congratulations to Samantha Savage for being chosen Student of the month for October.

We will be doing Halloween Parties a little differently this year. Students will come dressed in their costumes the last class before Halloween. All students should wear sneakers or jazz shoes with rubber soles. The studio will be asking the parents to donate individually wrapped candy. All the students will receive a goodie bag. Competition team classes will have their party during their Ballet class only. All other classes will be regular classes.

Parents do not forget that if you refer a student to the studio, you will receive a $20.00 referral credit on your child’s account. Please make sure your name is on the enrollment form.

Please do not park across the street when dropping off or picking up your child. Your consideration in this matter is greatly appreciated. Please be aware parking for the studio is limited to the studio side of the street. Please park from top to bottom of the lot, do not leave space in between.

We are working on costumes for this coming recital. Costumes that need to be ordered will need to be paid in full by November 1st. Costumes ordered after that time will be charged separate handling and shipping fees. Please contact me if there are any concerns about costumes. Combo class costumes are 65.00. All other costumes are 75.00. Competition team costumes may be slightly higher.

A copy of your statement will be emailed to you with a copy of the current monthly newsletter during the last week of the month. The amount on the statement will be the amount that will be charged to your card on file. If you have any questions about it, please contact me.

Our recital this year will be at Holy Ghost Prep in the Holt building. Date Saturday TBA, @ 2023. We are planning on a Matinee and Evening Performance. These recitals will be shorter in length, and we might need to follow Covid-19 protocols. Last year we were able to be mask less. More information will follow.

The Holiday Extravaganza will be held on December 11th at the Holt Center at Holy Ghost Prep. The children are learning all new routine to Holiday music. Please sign up on the bulletin board if you are interested.

Our third annual performance with Amazing Village on Sunday December 18th. Since there is not going to be a stage this year, we are taking only Combo, Hip Hop and Jazz classes who be able to dance in sneakers. If you are interested, please sign up on the bulletin board. It’s always a fun activity that you can bring the whole family to.

Congratulations to Ryan Hanley for being chosen Student of the Month for July.

We are excited to welcome Breana Wojnar to our teaching staff. Breana is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Major in Dance. Please help us greet her with a smile and a warm hello!!

Please remember that the waiting room is open, and all the pertinent studio information is posted on the bulletin board and well as e-mailed to you. Please call, text, or e-mail me with any questions that you may have regarding your student. Furthermore, be advised that only one person or visitor is permitted per student. We will be using the door by the garden to enter and exit. We also ask that no food or drink, other than water, be brought into the waiting room. We thank you in advance for your continuous cooperation!

Summer Classes will run from Monday June 27th through August 31st. The studio will be closed from September 1st to September 9th and will reopen for the Fall schedule on Saturday September 10th. Please advise your teacher of any upcoming vacations, where students will be missing lessons. We would also like to inform you that your July bill will reflect the partial month of June.

We will be starting to work on the Fall Schedule. Please let us know what classes your child will be taking. We do not assume that your child will continue with the same classes and privates. This year we are pleased to be adding a beginner level Lyrical class. If your child is interested, please let us know. The time is yet to be determined; however, we will announce the info as soon as it becomes available.

Do not forget to email or text in your ticket order form starting Saturday May 14th to (215) 801-9971 or email at gdanz4u@aol.com . Each family will be given 4 tickets for each recital your child will be performing in. If you do not need the three, please let me know as they will be sold to families on the waiting list. Order forms must be received no later than Saturday May 21st to reserve your tickets. The cost of the tickets this year is $14.00 per ticket. Please remember that your child will need one as well if they are sitting with you in the auditorium. (Combo classes only). Your tickets will be billed to your card on file. Parents are permitted to go backstage to change your child if they are in more than one number, then return to the auditorium.

The studio created posters of the students which are displayed at the recital both days. If you have any pictures you would like to donate, they would be greatly appreciated.

This year t-shirts will be given out at your child’s last class at the studio. Trophies will be given out at their last performance.

This month’s bill reflects May and June’s classes up to the recital.

Summer classes start on June 27th. If you have not signed up yet, please do so as soon as possible. For those taking the summer off Fall classes will start on Saturday September 10th. We are now taking sign-ups for fall also. Summer is a great time to work on improving and learning new skills or to try a new style of dance.

There are still openings available for our summer dance camps. Disney Princess Camp-June 20-24th, Luau Camp-June 27 to July 1st, and Christmas in July Camp from July 11-15th.

Congratulations to Sierra Grams for being chosen Student of the Month for April.

Congratulations to all our students who competed at the Throwdown Dance Challenge Competition. We are so proud of all of your hard work, and determination throughout the year! A special thanks to Miss Angeleen and Miss Ginny Rillera for their fantastic choreography and dedication to the team!

It’s time to start thinking about Summer Camp. We are having three weeks this year. DISNEY PRINCESS DANCE CAMP is for princesses from 3 to 10 years old. (June 20-24) 9-12:00pm. HAWAIIAN LUAU DANCE CAMP is for children from 3 to 10 years old. (June 27-July 1st) 9:00-12:00pm. CHRISTMAS IN JULY DANCE CAMP is for children 3-10 years old. (July11-15th) 9:00-12:00pm. The cost of camp is 150.00 per child. A $50 deposit will be required for registration to hold the spot. All three camps run Monday thru Friday.

This year we will be asking the parents of the dancers in the Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday combo classes to keep their children in the audience with them at the recital. We will ask you to bring them back to line up 15 minutes before they perform. After they perform you will immediately get them and bring them back into the auditorium with you. You will not need to purchase a ticket for them. There are limits on the number of people in the auditorium and the dressing rooms. Please help us adhere to the protocols.

All students are also asked to come dressed in their first costume with hair and makeup already done. We will not be using backstage mothers to help change children. Children who need costume changes and are not able to change will be permitted to have their parent help them but not remain backstage.

Please be advised that your child’s dress rehearsal is their last class before the recital. We will send you a list of the color tights and shoes for the recital. For dress rehearsal we would like you to bring your child dressed in her/his costume just as if it were the recital. All accessories are worn on the right side. Hair and headpieces should be done as well so that do not fall out during their routine. We want every child to feel special recital night. If you have any questions, please contact me.

As of the current date, I am assuming each family can have 4 tickets for each recital that their child is dancing in. Please let me know if you will not be using yours so that I might offer them to the families that would like more. Some children will be performing in two recitals. I will be emailing you copies of the programs with the order of the routines as soon as they are complete. Tickets will go on sale in May.

We are currently working on our Summer Schedule. Please let Ginny or Angeleen know what classes and especially solos, duos you will be taking.

When parking at the studio please park on the studio side only. Also start at the top of the hill and fill in consecutively down one space at a time. This will allow for more parking. Thank you!

The competition teams will have their annual pep rally this year. It will be inside using both studios. This will be only for the students this year. We will do the arts and crafts dance page so please get your pictures ready. The beginner and intermediate teams will be in the large studio and the seniors in the small studio. Pizza and snacks will be served. I would love for the students to do their routines for each other as well. It will be held on February 5th, from 5:00-7:00 PM.

Congratulations to Emma Davis for being chosen Student of the Month for December!

Our Holiday Extravaganza will be held on Saturday December 18th at the Holt Center, At Holy Ghost. The students will be performing holiday routines, choreographed especially for this show. Tickets are 10.00 each. Currently we can offer each student 3 tickets. This does not include the student. Please check with us if you might need extras.

In lieu of Christmas gifts for teachers this year, we are asking donations for a studio family that is in need. This can be done in the way of gift cards to food stores, pharmacies, gas, or cash.

Our annual recital will be held at the Holt Center, at Holy Ghost Prep on Saturday June 12th and Sunday June 13th. Please be advised that these are tentative dates. There is a possibility they could get moved back. If any student has a conflict with graduation or any other reason or cannot attend both nights, please let Ginny know. I realize everything is uncertain right now, but we will try to be flexible.

In case of inclement weather please be sure to call the studio (215) 638-2191 after 2:00. You can also check on Facebook. If Bensalem Schools are closed because of weather conditions, we will be closed as well.

Please remember to park on the studio side of the street. Please start from the top and do not leave spaces in-between. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Congratulations to Cheyenne Kelly for being chosen Student of the Month for November!

The Halloween Parties will be a little different than usual, and the students will have a wonderful time.

In lieu of Christmas gifts for teachers this year, we are asking donations for a studio family that is in need. This can be in the way of gift cards to food stores, pharmacies, gas, or cash.

Parent’s do not forget that if you refer a student to the studio, you will receive a $20.00 referral credit on your child’s account. Please make sure your name is on the enrollment form.

Please do not park across the street when dropping off or picking up your child. Your consideration in the matter is greatly appreciated. Please be aware parking for the studio is limited to the studio side of the street. Please park from top to bottom of the lot, do not leave space in between. All students will not be released unless a parent comes up to the door or is in the parking lot. Students must be picked up on time due to covid-19 protocols.

Our tentative dates for our recital this year are Saturday June 11th, at the Holt Center, at Holy Ghost. They have saved those dates for us. Hopefully, they will not be pushed back. But if we need to, we will take what is available when they would be able to reopen. At this point in time, we will not know about the mandates until closer. Please stay tuned. There is a possibility that there will be a matinee and an evening performance.

The studio is participating in the Amazing Christmas Village Celebration again this year. The show times are Sunday Nov. 21st at 2:00 PM, and Sunday Dec. 5th at 2:00 PM. Each show will be different, so your child may dance one or the other, or both. There are no tickets for these performances. Since it is outside, it is a perfect time to bring family. (You needed to sign up for these shows. See Ginny if you have any questions.)

A web site with Team Sports is available for you to order Ginny Lee Dancewear. The site is https://ginnyleedancefallwinterholiday2021.itemorder.com/ . You will order and pay through the web site. Your items will be delivered to the studio for pickup. Orders should be ready for holiday delivery. Because of supply chain issues the store closes Nov. 7th. No exceptions.

We are planning on having Nutcracker Ballerina Dance Camps during Christmas week. They will be held in the morning from 9:00-11:30AM. The children will learn the story and dance to the music from the Nutcracker Suite, as well as they other favorites from their classes. Arts and Crafts, games and a snack will also be included. Each camp will be different so feel free to sign up for more than one. Ages 3-8. Cost will be 40.00 for one day, 70.00 for two or more. See Ginny for more information.

Congratulations to Lily Balara for being chosen Student of the month for October.

We will be doing Halloween Parties a little differently this year. Students will come dressed in their costumes the last class before Halloween. All students should wear sneakers or jazz shoes with rubber soles. The studio will be supplying the candy this year. All the students will receive a goodie bag. All games and activities will be contactless, and we will follow social distancing guidelines. Competition team classes will have their party during their Ballet class only. All other classes will be regular classes.

Parents do not forget that if you refer a student to the studio you will receive a $20.00 referral credit on your child’s account. Please make sure your name is on the enrollment form.

We are working on costumes for this coming recital. Some classes will be using last years costumes. Since some classes are a mixture of students or sizes have changed, there may be a need to purchase new costumes. Costumes that need to be ordered will need to be paid in full by November 1st. Costumes ordered after that time will be charged separate handling and shipping fees. Please contact me if there are any concerns about costumes. Combo class costumes are 65.00. All other costumes are 75.00.

Please know we are still following all the Covid-19 protocols. All the students have been great with all the changes.

Our recital this year will be at Holy Ghost Prep in the Holt building. Date Saturday June 11th, 2022. We are planning on a Matinee and Evening Performance. These recitals will be shorter in length, and we might will need to follow Covid-19 protocols. Last year we were able to be mask less. More information will follow.

Congratulations to Amarutha V for being chosen student of the month for September.

Parents do not forget that if you refer a student to the studio you will receive a $20.00 referral credit on your child’s account.

At this point in time masks are optional. It is the parents’ decision if they want their child to wear a mask. This might change according to CDC and Bucks County regulations. Please be advised that we are using UVC lights everyday in both studios, in addition to cleaning all touch surfaces, bathrooms and high traffic areas.

We are doing a Holiday Extravaganza this year at The Holt Center, at Holy Ghost Prep. It will be on Saturday December 18, at 2:00 PM. If you are just returning from the summer and would like you child to participate, please see the teacher before or after the first class back. The children are excited about this fun performance to holiday music. Parents need not buy costumes for this performance but possibly accessories.

Congratulations to Abigail Wodotinsky for being chosen Student of the Month.

We would like to thank all our students and families for cooperating with all the Covid-19 protocols. We are happy to be in the studio again with your children. At this point in time masks are optional. If we have students in our classes with masks the teacher/student teachers will also wear a mask. Please keep your child home in they are not feeling feel.

Parents must be on time and promptly pick up their child.

Attention to all the students who did not join us this summer. It is time to get back into those tap and ballet shoes. We all now taking enrollment for Fall lessons. Please call the studio at 215-801-9971. The best time to call is Monday to Thursday between 5:00-9:00. You could also leave a message on voice mail and someone will be sure to get back to you. Solo’s, duo’s, and trios scheduling time and teacher availability is limited so be sure to call soon. We hope to see your smiling faces.

Bensalem Township will be holding its regular Fall Festival this year. We have really enjoyed it in years past and look forward to participating in it again this year. Sign-up sheets are on the bulletin board.

We will start Competition Team practices in the fall on Saturdays. Please request a form if you will be joining this year and it will be emailed to you. Times will be announced soon.

Your September bill will reflect enrollment fee, recital fee, and total costume fee. All bills, newsletters, and information will be emailed to the address on file. All bills will be charged to your credit card on the specific day chosen. Costume payments will start on your card in September, October, and November. All combo class costumes will be $65.00. (Installments of 25.00, 20.00, 20.00) All other costumes will be $75.00 (installments of 25.00, 25.00, 25.00)

Parents do not forget that if you refer a student to the studio, you will receive a 20.00 referral credit on your child’s account. Make sure your name is mentioned on the enrollment sheet.

Congratulations to Zak Huot for being chosen Student of the Month for July.

There are still openings available for Summer Dance Camps. Princess Angelina Ballerina for 3–6-year-olds from June 21st to June 24th. Disney Princess Camp For 5–8-year-olds from June 28th-July 1st. Hawaiian Luau Camp for 6–10-year-olds July 12-15th. Please contact me with any questions.

It’s finally that time when the waiting room will be open again, beginning for the summer schedule. Please only one person per student. We will be using the door by the garden to enter and exit. Please no food or drinks in the waiting room.

As of June 21st, when we begin summer classes, we will follow the CDC guidelines regarding mask usage. Fully vaccinated persons need not wear masks. Unvaccinated persons, including students and parents are still required to wear a mask.

Summer Classes will run from Monday June 21st through August 31st. The studio will be closed from September 1st to September 9th and will reopen for Fall schedule on Friday September 10th. Please advise your teacher of any upcoming vacations, where students will be missing lessons. Your July bill will reflect the partial month of June.

We will be starting to work on the Fall Schedule. Please let us know what your child will be taking. We do not assume that your child will continue with the same classes and privates.

We will be starting Fun Fridays. (One Friday a month) This will be an hour and a half of a fun dance combinations (Various Genre), Games and Arts and Crafts. Prizes and snacks. Cost 15.00 Contact us with any questions. Ages will be 5 through 11 years of age. Time will be from 6:30-8:00 PM. First Fun Friday will be on Friday July 16th.
